Information used for sign-in
The course website uses Google sign-in through Cloudflare Access. It receives the email address and basic account identity needed to confirm that the user is on the course access list. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google content.
Course records
For authorized course users, the private course system may record access timestamps, attendance-related activity, assignment submissions, grades, and instructor feedback. These records are used only to operate and teach the course.
Sharing and retention
Course records are not sold or used for advertising. Service providers used to operate the private course site may process limited data on the instructor's behalf. Records are retained only as needed for teaching, assessment, security, and institutional requirements.

Students may contact the course instructor through the usual course communication channel for questions about access or course records.
